Himeji, Hyogo, Japan｜そば庵陣

A soba restaurant on the south side of Himeji Racecourse. When I arrived 10 minutes before the opening at 11:00 and waited in the parking lot, the store came to me. About 15 minutes after opening, the place was almost full. It seems that 100% soba will be served on Saturdays and Sundays. It seems that you can change it to the menu for plus 400 yen. I chose Sakura shrimp crunchy salad soba for 1450 yen. It was thin, chewy and delicious! There was plenty of sakura shrimp kakiage, and the scent was good. Next time I come, I'll try 100% buckwheat zaru soba.

Delicious Mori Soba. The lady serving customers seemed to be busy, so I thought it would be okay if the place was full. There isn't much soup, so be careful not to add too much soba water. Can I have a second helping? If you have the time and money, it's a little hard to find, but I recommend it.

Personally, this is my favorite soba restaurant in Himeji. I don't know because I usually only eat soba noodles, but I think each dish is really delicious. The landlady has a unique personality, but I don't dislike her. They are careful not to wait as much as possible for the soba noodles.
