2022.12.26 I had Hiru Gozen. The soba was chewy and very delicious. 🍆 Eggplant and 🫑 boiled paprika was delicious with a refreshing taste with vinegar.

I usually only eat warm soba noodles, but today was my second visit with my wife. The soba noodles are firm and smooth, and the flavor and aroma of the soup stock is superb.The splendor of soba noodles, which are a little different from udon noodles, is exceptional. This is the best soba I've ever eaten. I asked the host, and his humble response made me feel really good. Highly recommended for soba lovers.

Business hours are false! If you go there around 13:00, you will often find that the noren curtains are not hung. Once, at 12:30, someone told me, "We don't have any more soba!" I'm surprised. I recommend the Hirugozen, but since the main soba is mini soba, I was able to change it to a regular bamboo steamer, and even if I did that, I think it was still a good deal in terms of price.
