For soba, we had the summer-only sudachi chilled soba and tempura mori soba. Sudachi cold soba was delicious with a refreshing sudachi scent. The tempura mori soba was delicious with salt for tempura, so I ate a whole bowl of soba. The soba itself was also fragrant and had a good texture. The interior of the store, which looks like a renovated old folk house, was boarded and shoes were OK. Relaxing jazz was flowing in BGM. The parking lot behind the store has 8 spaces. The width of one section is relatively wide, and I think that the current 3 number is fine. There are some bumps on the wood chip floor, but if it is low enough to pass the vehicle inspection, there is no problem.

This was a delicious soba with an excellent texture and chewy texture! Eating it with salt was the best and I ended up eating about half of it with salt. The amount is small, about 100g per person. I got another plate for 500 yen♪ The soba-yu was very muddy and the scent of soba was so great that I drank it all. The old house has been beautifully renovated, and the breeze coming in from the verandah was very pleasant. The toilet was also clean.

I stopped by this shop in Taka Town on the way home from purchasing sushi rolls at Meister Yachiyo in Yachiyo. I was worried because I had forgotten to make a reservation, but I headed over on my bike just in time for the store to open at 11am. The parking lot is separate for motorcycles and cars, and although I know where to park my bicycle, I don't know where to park my motorcycle, so I parked it in an empty lot next to it. By the way, it's gravel, so bikers should be careful. When I entered the store, I was let through immediately. I was asked to come in with my shoes on, but I was very scared💦 It's been cleaned so is it really okay to wear shoes? I asked. After ordering the tempura mori soba, it was ready in about 15 minutes. The tempura was delicious with shrimp, seaweed, chrysanthemums, lotus root, eggplant, and shiso leaves, and was steamy, crispy, and flavored with tea salt. The soba noodles are 100% fine, reminiscent of Kugesan. The water drains properly and the harmony with the punchy soup is the best❣️ Lastly, I had the soba soup, which was also thick and very delicious. It seems that hot soba has not been served since April, and now (as of April) only cold soba is available. Next time I want to eat soba noodles with chicken soup❗️ I will definitely repeat it.
