Customers who arrive at around 11:50 are guided by the promise that they will leave the store before the 12:30 reservation customers arrive. It was said that the customers after that would be guided after around 13:30. Soba is 100% buckwheat. All cold soba noodles, only the duck soup soba I ordered had a warm soup. I ordered a large serving of duck soup soba (+500 yen). The left side of the photo with the two plates side by side is the large portion. At first, I ate it with salt, but I could feel the umami of soba and it was delicious. You can add more salt if you wish. Mackerel sushi was also very delicious with thick mackerel. Next time, I'm going to bring a cooler box and buy mackerel sushi and go home.
