Asago, Hyogo, Japan｜Ito soba noodle

Very friendly and cozy restaurant, the owners kindly adapted to my tight train schedule. The restaurant has a tatami area with low tables, as well as high tables with chairs. The soba cooked here is very heartwarming, the texture shows it’s been handmade with care and dedication. I totally recommend it for hikers that come to Takeda castle ruins as well as people who pass by driving! The totoro decorations also make it a lovely space, and is welcoming to families with kids as well!

One of the best cold noodles I have ever try. A very nice place after hiking on Takeda castle, the restaurant is super clean, and the noodles are awesome! A MUST visit place in Takeda!
