This time I was in the middle of the side. A soba restaurant in the mountains where time flows. I often collaborate with mountains in the orange of the parking lot. I ordered a double serving of colorful soba noodles, but I received a normal serving of colorful soba noodles, and I was told that I would prepare another plate, but it was very bad, so I politely declined. After that, I was happy to be served buckwheat as a service, but I felt very sorry. The sobagaki from this restaurant is not sweet, but rather sticky and mellow. The colorful soba was served with soup stock, but the spicy radish was a good accent, and it was very gentle and delicious with the bonito flakes. The air is delicious, and the atmosphere of the old private house surrounded by the mountains and rich nature, and the care and hospitality of the staff were great. Please note that the parking lot is a little narrow and difficult to park.

The buckwheat noodles are thin but chewy, and at first you taste the aroma and sweetness of ``new soba'' with salt, then you add a little soup and enjoy it down your throat, and then you stuff your mouth with mackerel sushi, and at the end you enjoy the richness of the soba gaki. Feel satisfied with soba-yu. The miso in the soba noodles has just the right amount of Japanese pepper and is overall delicious, and I prefer the noodles here at ``Sobanchi Ichiriki'' over ``Soba Restaurant Fujison'' in Shiga Prefecture, which I visited the day before. I felt that it would have been better if there was one more thing on the menu, ``kake soba'' with soup stock, but I wondered if it could be helped considering the time and expense of making the soup stock.
