This is a soba restaurant located in the valley between Seishin Chuo and Seishin Minami. It is open on Saturdays and Sundays, and will close as soon as the soba noodles run out. I came to the store after 12:30 on Sunday, and I was able to have just two servings left. The atmosphere of the shopkeeper is kind and it is a cozy shop. It was a very delicious soba with a strong scent of soba in my nose. If you eat it with salt, you can feel the flavor of soba even more. The menu says that the soup should be lightly flavored, but that's not the case, and it was very delicious. It was delicious until the end with sobayu. Oyaki is also recommended.

It was sold out last time. . . I was disappointed by the signboard, so I decided to try it again today, hoping for another chance, and my wish came true in time! Unlike the feeling from the outside, the shoes are removed and the floor is covered with tatami mats. There are 3 tables for 4 people and 2 tables for 2 people. The store and kitchen are clean, is it the husband and wife? Also, there was one woman in the audience waiting on customers ♪ They are very nice people! I asked for a set of kakiage and soba. The soba noodles are really delicious, and the soup is not too spicy, just the way you like it, and it's delicious again and again! Oh, it's delicious! (╹◡╹)♡ The kakiage was also fried in rice oil, so it wasn't persistent and was very delicious. I was very satisfied until the end because I was very careful about the timing of the sobayu after the meal ☆ I understand well that it is a popular store (^ _ ^ *) It is a shop that I would like to visit again by all means ♡ It seems that the price will be raised from May 14th due to soaring prices, but it is still a taste that I want to eat. It was a favorite soba restaurant that I want you to do your best in the future ☆

I received these two types. Handmade soba noodles made with buckwheat from Fukui Prefecture, and the dashi stock was very delicious. It was opened on the weekend, and I posted it because I wanted to come again after making soba noodles with great care.
