More Comments at Google MapA shop that looks like a renovated private house in a residential area. It was a little bit set back from the main road, and I was a little worried about whether the road was really right or not. There was a store banner in what appeared to be a parking lot, but was it a noren curtain? The entrance to the store that was hanging was a little difficult to see from the parking lot. I received 3 colored soba noodles. There are three types of soba: 100 percent soba, odd soba (soba mixed with red potato powder today), and nihachi soba.My husband had the nihachi soba, which was smooth and smooth to the touch, and my daughter had the soba, but it had a slightly different texture than usual. My favorite was the chewy 100 percent soba, but all three colors were delicious. I went there at lunch time, but it was crowded with a lot of people...It's not a soba restaurant. There were only two other customers besides us. This may be for those who want to enjoy soba slowly. Since I don't live nearby, it's not a restaurant I can easily go to, but if I have a chance to go next time, I'd like to try the seasonal walnut soba.
It was delicious〰️!! ️Occasionally I hit a disappointing restaurant for 100 percent soba, but this one was delicious. Personally, I like the fact that my father isn't doing his business like crazy.
After hiking to Kuroi Castle, we visited “Tamba no Sobadokoro Takahashi” for lunch. Arrive at the shop in about 5 minutes from the Kuroi Castle parking lot. I had confirmed by phone in advance that five people would be okay, so I was able to get a seat immediately after entering the store. Take off your shoes inside the store and enjoy soba noodles in a place that looks like a private house. From the window of the tatami room, you can see the Kuroi castle ruins that you climbed earlier, and the scenery is nice. You can choose between cold and warm soba noodles, so I had the “three-color soba” that is only available at this restaurant. A luxurious set that allows you to enjoy three kinds of soba at once: 100%, 28, and seasonal vegetable powder kneaded. Each soba has a very smooth texture and is chewy and quite satisfying. At first, the soba soup looked quite thick, so I thought it would be spicy, but I was surprised to find it surprisingly light. The seasoning green onion and spicy radish also matched very well with the soba. As a buckwheat lover, this is a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious soba that you want to visit again.
