Dinner at a soba restaurant. Green peppers are freshly picked from the field in the back. Fragrant soba noodles made with Tamba beef. I was able to see Takeda Castle lit up and the situation was great.

I was passing by and searched for a soba restaurant on the net and visited here. The waiting time was about 40 minutes because it was before noon. I ate the standard mori soba, but the scent of the soba passed through my nose and the texture was firm and very delicious. The menu is extensive, so I would like to choose something different next time. Also, I was able to see the Takeda Castle Ruins from the store, and the tension rose considerably. There are two parking lots, upper and lower, but they are not very large spaces due to the topography.

I was surprised that there were already customers waiting outside even though I arrived shortly after the store opened. However, while I was waiting, I was able to enter the store unexpectedly when I was looking at the surrounding scenery and the flow of water. The soba and tempura I ordered were really good and I was very satisfied.
