More Comments at Google MapI wanted to eat soba for lunch on my way to Tottori, so I stopped by. It was a shop according to the reviews. Good soba noodles, good soup stock, good yam, and even green onions were fresh and delicious. I want to go again. Finally, I received a service of Sobaboro and Soba Karinto. This was also the best treat! Thank you for the meal!
Taste of soba, firmness, taste of soup stock, soba-yu All of them are my favorite 👍 I ate 17 dishes easily, I thought I could eat more, For the last two dishes, I tried using egg and tororo and it was very delicious and satisfying, so I decided to stop at a good point. 🤩 Mix the ``brown-shelled egg'' in the ``dashi'' (like egg-cooked rice), add the tororo (don't stir), and add a plate of soba!! ️ If you eat the egg soup, tororo, and soba all at once, slurp it up. Well, it’s delicious 🎵 I usually don't use eggs or tororo at all, but it was like scales from my eyes. I think the soup stock and eggs go well together. At the end, the dashi soup goes well with the thick soba-yu, and I drank it down as well☺️ No ~, it was delicious 🎵
I visited here on a Sarasoba tour. I was surprised at how much grated yam and green onions there were. I had karinto after dinner, and the soba-yu and soba karinto went together better than I expected.
