As a buckwheat lover, I recommend it. There are so many Izushi soba restaurants in town that it can be difficult to choose. I've come to eat Izushi soba twice in the past, but it's not bad, but it's not particularly delicious, but it was my impression. This time I chose a shop with a high evaluation on Googlemap as usual, but it was a big hit. Even with the same Izushi soba name, there are so many differences depending on the store. I learned a lot. The restaurant recommends that you eat it first with salt, then with green onions, wasabi, and grated daikon radish, and finally with grated yam and a raw egg. I made it I highly recommend it.

Many Izushi soba restaurants are only open during the daytime, and few are open until late at night. This is a precious shop. There is a parking lot that can park more than 15 cars 50m west of the store. It's just a few minutes walk from the municipal parking lot in Teppocho. After arriving at the restaurant, I didn't really understand how to order sara soba, and I was at a loss, but I found out that 5 dishes are enough for one person, so I ordered 10 dishes for the time being. Condiments come first. Raw egg? This is the first time I see you. There is plenty of tsuyu in the sake bottle, and the fragrance of the bonito is fragrant. First of all, about 6 plates of standard green onions, grated radish, and wasabi. In terms of quantity, 1 botchi of Niigata Hegisoba = 1 plate of soba. After eating with salt and yam, it is a raw egg. In my own way, I added tsuyu to the raw egg at a ratio of 1:1, mixed with a little wasabi, and sprinkled the green onions. Hmmm, not so good! It is similar to the feeling of eating yam. Would it be better if I scatter seaweed? It was my first Izushi soba and it was really fun. After all, I added 5 more dishes and was about 80% hungry. I left the town of Izushi with a strange admiration for how good the small plate business was.

I had the Izushi specialty dish soba. 880 yen for 5 dishes per person. 5 dishes is definitely not enough, so if you want to add more, each dish costs 130 yen. By the way, I, a man in my 50s, had 15 dishes. The soba noodles are handmade in-house. It's cut flat and has the best texture! There are plenty of condiments such as green onion, grated yam, grated radish, raw egg, and wasabi, and you can get refills of anything other than the grated yam and egg. Of course, the soba noodles are delicious, but the soup is especially delicious. I have never had such delicious soup. It went perfectly with the thick and rich soba soup. It was really delicious. All the staff are heartwarming and friendly. I was able to spend a pleasant time. Also, most Izushi soba shops close at 5pm, and it's nice that they stay open until around 9pm in an atmosphere where the rest of the town seems to be asleep after 7pm.
