The soba noodles are so strong. Dessert is also delicious

There are times when I want to eat Izushi soba so much that I visit it twice a year, taking about two and a half hours by car. This is the second time I've been to Yamashita, but the additional plate soba came out quickly, and the clerk's customer service was good, so I visited again.

The timing from receiving the order to delivery was good, neither too slow nor too early. Contrary to the atmosphere at the entrance, the inside was spacious and comfortable. I have visited Izushi several times and have used a different shop each time. The taste of soba differs depending on the restaurant, but Mr. Yamashita's taste is perfect.
