Among Izushi soba restaurants, the portions per plate are large. The food was delicious, the chef seemed calm, and we enjoyed talking while looking at the photos of the soba eating competition posted inside the store. I want to go again! This is a store I recommend.

delicious. The food here is better than the restaurants lined up. It's about a 5-minute walk from tourist spots like Tatsuko Yagura, so I always eat here, leave my car, and go sightseeing. The parking lot near Tatsuko Yagura is 1000 yen to 500 yen, so if you stop here it's a reasonable price❗

Izushi soba was a place I had been waiting for since I was finally discharged from the hospital after a long stay in the hospital.I looked into the reviews online and chose this restaurant. I've been to several well-known and long-established restaurants, but none of them seemed to suit my taste and I was left feeling disappointed.However, this restaurant has an exquisite soup stock that suits my taste, and the noodles are firm and bite-sized. It was enough to eat. I was really impressed when I finally found delicious Izushi soba. 😆 Speaking of extravagance, I wonder if I could have made the other 5 dishes if I had added some rock salt? 😆
