This shop is a little far from the center of Izushi tourism. I thought Izushi's specialty dish soba was the same everywhere... Authentic handmade soba with the scent of soba. The standard order is 5 dishes, so I ordered 10 dishes from the beginning...but after that, chestnut rice, stewed dishes, and even coffee were served. (Both rice and stews are seasoned with gentle flavors🤤) Drinking soba hot water makes my stomach swell🤗 The ladies at the store were kind to me even though I was seeing them for the first time. It's a really good store.

The spicy radish on the Izushi soba was just right and very delicious. The handmade sansho tsukudani that accompanies the pickles is also excellent, and the warm service envelops you in a warm and happy lunch, thank you for the meal (^^)

At first, you'll be at the mercy of the grandmothers' personalities, but once you get used to it, the atmosphere will feel like visiting a relative's house in the countryside. The specialty is Sarasoba, and it seems like you've already decided on it. 5 dishes as standard, 1 additional dish available. We left with 3 additional dishes.
