Best soba and such a good price. Noodles are perfectly chewy. Also very good sake selection from local Tajima breweries. I came back twice! I had the local style soba and soba with tempura. Tempura was perfectly crispy and light. The couple takes care with all attention to detail of food and presentation. They also take credit card and IC which was very convenient. I love the duck tataki I always get it! And the soba water at the end is perfectly hot and thick

This was our best meal in Japan. We ordered tempura soba, nishin soba, Japanese omelette, and drinks for dinner. Everything was delicious and incredibly well done. The owner was especially kind and accommodating to foreigners (he even came to our table with a translation already prepared on his phone). 素晴らしい食事をありがとう!

One of the highlights of visiting Toyooka and Kinosaki. Very fresh and authentic dish. The noodles are al dente and the herring had a very nice sweet and savory taste to it. Very hearty meal!
