I visited ``Akahana Soba no Sato'' for the first time. I ordered the Mizusoba set for 1,500 yen (the highest price including consumption tax) and the bill was 1,500 yen. It was my first time eating Mizusoba and I found it really sweet. Mizusoba is eaten by eating soba noodles in water with pickles without the soba soup. I didn't think it would be possible no matter how much I tried, but I was able to eat soba noodles with just pickles. At Juwari Soba, there is a soba field around the store, and you can feel that they are very particular about the buckwheat flour that is harvested from there. It's true that they were particular about removing the buckwheat husks from the white soba noodles. I learned that the white flowers are soba noodles. As expected, when Aki○miya○shita came to Toyooka City, Hyogo Prefecture, all the great people unanimously recommended ``Soba no Sato'' if he wanted to have soba from Toyooka City for lunch. However, the soba soup is dark, so I might prefer the soba soup to be darker. Well, I think they made it lightly flavored so that you could enjoy the taste of 100 percent soba noodles made from domestically produced buckwheat flour. Toyooka City is of a high standard, as the soba evangelist ``Sengokuya'' who was transferred to Izushi brought soba craftsmen from Komoro, Shinshu to Ueda, Shinshu.

Located in the mountains of Tanto-cho, Toyooka City, this is a restaurant where you can enjoy 100% buckwheat noodles sold locally at Akabana Soba. This year marks the 32nd anniversary of its founding. This facility, which was built with subsidies for regional revitalization, is steadily run by the locals. This is probably because everyone has a business. Since it is only open for about 3 hours on Saturdays and Sundays, the only way to find this delicious soba is to go there. I heard about the deliciousness of this soba from a colleague at work, and my wish for 30 years has finally come true. It is said that Toshinami Kaihara, the governor of Hyogo prefecture two generations ago, also loved this soba. This is the kind of shop that I would definitely like to visit again if I have the chance.

Sweet soba with no aftertaste A hidden gem where you can enjoy rare red flower soba If white buckwheat flowers grow here, perhaps because of the soil, red buckwheat flowers will bloom. It is said that it is a place where red buckwheat flowers bloom, so it is called Akabana.
