Shiso, Hyogo, Japan｜Birdman

I received it in the early afternoon of Wednesday in early June. There is a large window from the road, and the store is bright. As the name of the shop suggests, there are bird accessories here and there, which is interesting. For lunch, I had a teppanyaki (salt sauce) of chicken seri and my companion had a setouchi lemon oil chicken. In both cases, the rice was smooth and delicious. Thank you for the meal. There was a kids space in the store, and it was decorated cutely.

I ate lunch and soba with my family. The soba noodles had a good texture and were delicious. Oyakodon was a size for girls. We also ordered the weekly lunch. I chose grilled chicken thigh with Japanese pepper. Side dishes were also included, so I enjoyed various things. At lunchtime, refills of rice and miso soup are free, so I think men will be full. The seasoning of the shop is generally mild It tasted healthy. There are about 5 cars in the parking lot. I think it's easier for people who live far away.

Visited for lunch. The interior of the store is spacious, with wood as the main theme, and is very stylish. There was a parking lot in front of the store where several cars could be parked. I ordered fried chicken with two sauces to choose from (ponzu jelly and plum mayo) and a dessert set (vinegar drink and affogato). There were a lot of items, the overall volume was good, and I was able to enjoy the taste of the ingredients and it was very delicious. The vinegar drink (freshly squeezed grapes) and affogato that I ordered with the dessert set were also perfect after the meal. In particular, the affogato (vanilla ice cream + espresso) is not too sweet, the combination of vanilla ice cream and espresso is exquisite, and the aftertaste leaves you feeling happy. I could feel the love and affection of the people working at the restaurant from the gentle atmosphere and the food. This is a highly recommended restaurant for those who are thinking of having lunch in Shiso City. I would definitely like to repeat it again.
