Sayo, Hyogo, Japan｜Otafuku

I was looking for a restaurant to try Horumon Yaki Udon when I first visited Sayo Town, and found this one even though there were many restaurants that were closed on regular holidays. The parking lot is also large. The horumon yaki udon was voluminous and the horumon was delicious, so I ate a lot of it. The photo shows 4 servings. While I was eating, my husband added some yuzu pepper to the sauce to make it taste better, which made it even more delicious. I also liked the bluntness of the host.

Hormone udon is excellent. It's great because you can mix the sauce to your liking 😆 It's a store you'll want to visit again.
