An izakaya that offers some of the best food I've ever been to. It's a bit pricey, but you can enjoy rare mantis shrimp sashimi and delicious local sake. The owner is very knowledgeable about local sake, so if you like it, I think it would be fun to talk with him.

I visited on Friday and was lucky that a table was available! The atmosphere and food were as good as the reputation. ⤴⤴ The reviews from my two drinking companions were also pretty good.

The best in Himeji. Personally, I think it is one of the highest quality restaurants in Japan. All the dishes are exquisite, and the staff, including the master, are all very nice people. I live in Tokyo now, and there are very few restaurants that outperform Shushu. I don't mind paying for transportation and hotel fees just to get drunk. Ah, go! !
