Yesterday, Toribase's gold medal fried chicken arrived. I bought an oil thermometer to ensure delicious frying. I was advised that 175℃ is better than 180℃, so I followed that advice and it was really delicious. Especially twice fried. The batter has a crunchy texture and the inside is juicy! Recommended for fried chicken lovers. When it comes to alcohol, a highball is the best match. Next time, I would like to go to a restaurant and eat.
