Exit Hankyu Sannomiya Station West Exit I didn't know there was a second floor under the overpass. They have a wide variety of drinks and food, are open during the day, and are cheap. During happy hour, draft beer costs 190 yen until 6pm on weekdays, and 290 yen excluding tax after 6pm and on weekends and holidays.

This is a famous bar located on the second floor under the elevated JR Sannomiya Station. We have everything from fresh fish to fried foods. It's open from 10am, so it's recommended if you want to drink in the morning.
