More Comments at Google MapYou can feel the care and attention to detail in each dish. I had it with seasonal vegetables. This is one of the stores I would like to visit again.
A restaurant that is difficult to make reservations for. I had been curious about it for a long time, and my friend made a reservation a month in advance, so I finally visited. There were 9 seats at the counter and 2 tables in the back (I think there was a maximum of 4 people). The menu has one course to choose from. Everything from the appetizer to the final dish was delicious, but especially the meatballs. The meatballs were so fluffy that they melted...this may have been the most shocking thing. The first dish, the corn surinagashi, was also incredibly sweet. It contained somen (as the owner said, but was it relatively thick?) and breast meat, and it was so delicious that I was sad to see it disappear. There are so many options at the end that it's hard to choose...I want to try other things and want to go again. When he was explaining each item one by one, I could tell that the owner was passionate about how to bring out the best in the ingredients. All the tableware was cute too. What I was curious about was that I had heard that it was a one-choice menu, but the menu was a little different from the one next door. Is it because they are regulars? Do they have to deal with allergies or likes and dislikes? That was a bit of a mystery. Also, we were seated at the counter, and the owner seemed to value conversation with regular customers and superiors, so we felt a bit intimidated as it was our first visit. Of course, it doesn't mean that the food is treated poorly, and I gave this rating because I thought that even with that in mind, I would still be satisfied with the deliciousness of the food.
I came here through a friend who runs a shop in Kitashinchi. Did you sublimate yakitori to this extent? I was impressed✨ It's only a course, but the amount is just right for your stomach, and if you're not satisfied with it, you can adjust the tightening additionally. The high-quality ingredients such as truffles and caviar are used effectively without being too overpowering, and they match well with the other ingredients, allowing you to simply enjoy them. The yakitori is carefully grilled, and you can feel the freshness of the ingredients in its elasticity and juiciness. All of the tableware is made from carefully selected pottery, perfect for the calm atmosphere of the restaurant. We had Japanese sake throughout the meal, and it was all really delicious. And the general (or should I call him young) is a good-looking guy (〃ω〃). This time I had a private room, but next time I'll definitely try the counter! I received an invitation. I'm looking forward to the second time to see if there's anything interesting ♪ On my way home, I caught a glimpse of a famous gourmet in Kobe who was also visiting us. Thank you for your wonderful time.
