The grilled food has good quality and doneness, and goes well with beer. The skin was crispy, the thighs were juicy, and the meatballs were delicious. There is liver sashimi, and raw food lovers can be convinced. There is Jin's special kamameshi, and the seasoning is refreshing, so it goes well with other pottery. I forgot to take a photo of the yakitori... After work, I had a drink alone at Yakitori Hirobajin in Nishiakashi! When I looked at the menu, the first thing that caught my eye was horse sashimi! I love horse sashimi, so I ordered it. It’s been a while since I had horse sashimi and it was delicious! Next is fried skewers! I asked them to leave it to me, and they served me a skewer of hormones! It was my first time to eat fried hormones on skewers and it was really delicious...there was no smell at all and it was easy to eat! I forgot to take a photo, but the yakitori was really delicious! The body is plump! The sauce is exquisite, neither too sweet nor too spicy! It went great with shochu! This is a store I would like to visit if I lived nearby!
