I was looking for a place to drink alone in front of Hoden Station, and as I sat at the counter and had a drink, the staff talked to me, and it was exactly the kind of atmosphere I was looking for. Now, I have become good friends with both the store staff and the store manager. The food was delicious, and as I observed the interactions between the staff, I felt like they were being trained to be considerate toward customers.
