Bistro Yoshimura The restaurant is near the University of Hyogo. It takes ten minutes by car from Himeji station. There is a vegetable sommelier in the restaurant, so you can enjoy lots of different kinds of healthy dishes. Before the meal, you get to drink a small amount of vegetable juice instead of an aperitif. They say that if you drink the juice, it can prevent getting a cold. Each item on the menu comes with a beautiful salad. You can enjoy a lot of vegetables. As the main dish, you can choose pasta, hamburg steak, or okonomiyaki. The restaurant is famous for Teppanyaki. I recommend that you make a reservation because the hamburg steak is limited to only ten servings per day. The hamburger steak has a really soft texture, so I’m sure you'll like it. As a dessert, you can choose vegetable cake or yuzu ice cream. Some of the cakes are made from vegetables, so they're good for your health. I hope you like this restaurant.

The food is great. I especially liked the risotto! It was my mother's birthday, so the staff sang Happy Birthday to her. That's not what I was looking for in this store, but I was happy! thank you. Every time I go there, the manager's attitude toward the staff is scary. But the food is great!

I went there once before and it was so delicious that I wanted to bring my family there, so I finally came! The colors were beautiful, the hamburgers were soft, juicy, and really delicious!
