Today I ordered the winter-only grilled oysters and mixed modern. Oysters are soaked in ponzu sauce with grated radish! The rich flavor of the modern mix and the refreshing taste of grilled oysters make it fun to go back and forth. When I have an iron plate on my desk, it feels soft at first.
