I went there after a long time 🎵 I ordered Hanakoyomi-yaki and hormone champon. A little bit of sweet and spicy umami sauce is added, and the fluffy and creamy offal is so delicious that I added grilled offal. This is seasoned with salt and garlic, and served with crispy bean sprouts. I can't stand it❤️

I went there for the first time in about 20 years. I've been indebted since I was a child, and I ate it for the first time in a long time, but the taste was still shocking, delicious, and nostalgic, and I felt like I had slipped back in time. Both my wife and children were happy that it was delicious. However, I was sad that my uncle and aunt were retired, but I was happy that my daughter and grandchildren took over the taste. It was a feast.

It seems that there are a lot of them during lunch time, but you can eat slowly if you take time off. There are two kinds of sauce, and you can use it as you like.
