I went after making a reservation on the phone. Phone support was good. He had taken a seat in the back, so I had a good view of him skewering the eel. The inside of the restaurant is small and there are only a few seats, so I'm glad I made a reservation before going. I ordered Una Shigematsu and had a small portion of rice, but the man's portion was normal and just about right. As a woman, it was more than a little bit 😄 The skin of the eel has a crispy charcoal-grilled aroma, and the flesh is fluffy and soft, and it's delicious (⁠◍⁠•⁠ᴗ⁠•⁠◍⁠)⁠❤ The grated daikon radish is a great palate cleanser. The liver soup was also delicious. Payment was by cash only. There was a type of pickle called Narazuke that I didn't like, but I could eat the Narazuke here. I wonder why💦On the other hand, I thought it was delicious😄 There was no dedicated parking lot, and I had some shopping to do around Akashi Station after the meal, so I parked at a parking lot near Akashi Station and walked there, but since it was on Uo no Tana Dori, I arrived right away. Next time, I'd like to share the Una Shigematsu and try a single dish.

I visited Mr. Kurotani's eel restaurant, where he always takes my eel home. The freshly grilled eel was very delicious. The outside is crispy and the inside is fluffy. Of course, the taste of the sauce is also very delicious.

I visited for a reward lunch. I ate shirayaki for the first time, but the eel was fluffy and the skin was fragrant and very delicious. I thought there was a lot of wasabi on the side, but since it was real wasabi, it wasn't too spicy and I ate it all on the eel. The eel on rice was also very delicious. Next time I'll ask for Umaki and grilled liver.
