We didn't make a reservation, so the seats we were shown were not by the window overlooking the Seto Inland Sea, but inside the room. There are two types of set menus: the oyster set (3,500 yen (tax included)) and the fried oyster set (1,700 yen (tax included)). More than 90% of them ate the oyster meal. The menu for the oyster meal is vinegared oysters, a seasonal dish, grilled oysters (8 pieces), fried oysters (5 pieces), oyster rice, oyster miso soup, and side dishes. The oysters will fill even men. I don't know if the number of oysters varies depending on the season, but today the oysters were the largest and plump. The grilled oysters were fresh and the scallops were firm and especially delicious. This is a restaurant where you can taste high-quality oysters from Murotsu. The female staff members were also kind and polite, and they gave advice on how to bake grilled oysters and explained when to eat them, so even beginners of grilled oysters can rest assured! Service that is polite to the taste I enjoyed a little luxurious lunch time.
