After ordering, a live eel appears from the tub in front of the store. It's been about 30 years since I first ate it. In recent years, there are even chain eel restaurants, but if it's near your home, this is the place to go. It's skillful and grills well. I also like the smooth sauce. In the past, it was nice to have a quarrelsome conversation between the general and his wife. By the way, my personal favorite eel restaurant is the one in Omi, Shiga Prefecture. Next is Gifu Prefecture. This is Saitama Prefecture. Saitama was really delicious, but it was too popular when it was on TV. So I'm demoted.
