Whenever I want to eat eel, I always use Kitahachi. Among them, “Shirayaki eel” and “Hitsumabushi” are exquisite! It's not charcoal-grilled, but you can enjoy the best eel, such as the skin that is crispy with far infrared rays in a salamander used in French cuisine.

You can't eat there even if you go there. (The restaurant reserves the eel for that day.) Therefore, you need to make a reservation by phone from the restaurant's website. We also recommend that you decide in advance what you will order on the day. When making a reservation over the phone, the staff member will ask you, ``Have you decided what to order?'' *If you haven't decided yet, you can ask to secure a date and time, look at the menu, and contact us later! (I did so.) I was happy to be able to visit a good restaurant in Kansai for the first time ^_^
