It is a long-established store that I have known since 1966. Although the style of the restaurant has changed, the food remains delicious with a well-balanced Japanese taste.

I was surprised when I came here after ten years. When I ordered the conger eel boxed sushi set and the eel bowl, the corners of the boxed sushi were crisp and the conger eel sushi was glossy. Basic rice is delicious. Chawanmushi has a deep flavor. The eel bowl that slowly comes out is larger than the photo, and has a texture and aroma that makes it clear that it is freshly baked. The Nara pickles for resting chopsticks are also crispy and fragrant. It came with red soup stock, but I was surprised in a good way that liver was used. In the past, I had the impression that the taste was extremely strong and salty, but it was seasoned to dispel that. At the same time, I thought it was expensive, but I didn't feel it this time. The horigotatsu-like tatami room was comfortable with an electric carpet. In this day and age where there are many huge chains that serve meals with calculated costs, I definitely want to cherish a store that has improved so much and offers this much at this price. I want to come back to see the taste.
