Himeji, Hyogo, Japan｜Kitchen Shimada

Today was my wife's anniversary, so I visited Shimada in the kitchen, which I had been interested in for a while. The food was just as delicious as you can see in the photo, and everyone around me was a regular, and the food was good, so it was a very comfortable restaurant. I would like to come again soon. It was really delicious!

I had a leisurely lunch at the U-shaped counter. The recommended hamburger lunch was served hot with demiglace sauce on the iron plate, so it was delicious to the eyes and ears. Of course it was delicious. Both onion soup and salad were very satisfying.

Fried oysters were very delicious. I don't think the soup matched well with the fried oysters... I would also like to try the hamburger steak.
