Himeji, Hyogo, Japan｜Restaurant Bisque

I don't think many foreign tourists visit this restaurant, it's off the beaten path. However for some reason I wanted to eat "Western" food as interpreted by a Japanese chef, so I popped in. The ambience is very old-school and homely. There is no English menu and none of the staff spoke English, but since there are set menus it's easy enough. You can also just point at the photos of food on Google maps. As usual in Japan, staff are excellent. Credit cards are accepted. The food itself was good. Nothing incredible, but I enjoyed it a lot. I would describe it as a "hearty meal".

This is the best steak I’ve ever eaten

I went there for the first time. A long-established store that has been around for decades. It's strange that it didn't occur to me until now. The atmosphere of the shop is antique. Calm down. I heard that the meat and salad were delicious, and I was right. The response from the shop was also good. There are other haburgh and fried shrimp, and it seems that takeout can also be done.
