Himeji, Hyogo, Japan｜Steak House Fuji

This is a long-established steak restaurant that I've been going to for about 15 years. I've loved this soup ever since I was little. I've been to several steakhouses in Himeji City, but this one is better than any other. Steak House Fuji seems to be a chain restaurant, but the meat at the Himeji Higashi Lamp branch is more tender. Is there a difference in doneness? The male staff, who seems to be the store manager, who comes here every time I go, is also very friendly. I like red meat, so I always order tender beef steak, but the hamburgers here are also excellent.

Ordered a hamburger and fried shrimp. After ordering, I looked around and saw that everyone was ordering steak & ◯◯. It's a restaurant with delicious steaks. I regret it a little after ordering...lol But the hamburger was also delicious 😋 It's very soft and the onions are rough and have an onion flavor, which I like 🎶 It's so soft that it falls apart before you pick it up with chopsticks and bring it to your mouth 😋 But it's quite a volume lol I shared half of the meal with my companion, but my stomach was full😊 It was delicious. The best steak restaurant in Himeji with the best taste and cost performance🥩 I highly recommend anyone living in Himeji or visiting Himeji to try it at least once. This is the only restaurant I know of where the quality of meat and price match so well. The staff's customer service is very bright and cheerful, and you'll feel good even before you eat. Since you can only go by car, there is a parking lot available. The rice in the photo is a large serving, but I was curious about the size of the extra serving of rice, which costs 880 yen.
