It's a store I've been curious about for a long time, and I finally got to go! I went by bicycle thinking the parking lot would be full, but it was empty! There were also people who came by bicycle. The service and food were very good. Lunch is large enough to fill you up. There are many restaurants where desserts are just an added bonus, but here you can get dessert on one plate! I was happy. I will go again!

I never thought there was such a good shop so close 😆✨ I had a hamburger lunch at "Fir Tree" located north of Hoden Station, but first of all, the demi-glace sauce was authentic! ! It's so delicious! I could tell that the hamburger steak was made with good quality meat, and it wasn't just a fake hamburger that just had to make the meat juice, it was a carefully made hamburger that was deep and full of flavor! I didn't want the demi-glace sauce left on my plate, so I ordered more bread and spread it all over. The chef and his wife were very nice and treated us kindly, making us feel comfortable. The vegetables and herbs are also grown in-house without pesticides. The parking lot is on the right hand side when looking from the front of the store. Next time, I will definitely try the tongue stew. fun! Business hours are from 10:30 to 15:00, with an order stop, but in the evening they will also offer a special ``shabu-shabu course'' and ``steak course'' that require reservations.

I was using a nearby facility and found it through a Google Map search. From the search image, a set meal of 1,650 yen seems like a good price. I felt that there was a parking lot next to it (approx. 5 cars could be parked), so I went straight there. The restaurant seemed to be run by a husband and wife team, and had a warm and cozy atmosphere. And I was surprised by the food that was served! ️ In urban areas, it will cost twice as much. It's not a set meal. It's a petit course. The petit course starts with vegetables, and the dressing and vegetables are all homemade by the chef. For soup, we chose both cold vichyssoise and Japanese-style soup. For mains, I ordered a hamburger steak, fried seafood, a bite cutlet, and a cult omelet rice. The main dish is French rather than Western food. First, I had a lot of salad, but the main dish, garoni, was also delicious and plentiful. Garnishes like homemade eggplant and okra stew. Lastly, the dessert was a big hit with the ladies, and even the ice cream was homemade. After all, everything is homemade by the chef. I was very impressed with how much attention they paid to hand-dripping the coffee. Once my stomach was full, I asked the chef about various things and was convinced that he had a background in French and Western pastry. I was happy to hear such friendly and fun conversations. I will definitely visit you again. Next up is steak, which is a little hidden on the menu.
