Tamba, Hyogo, Japan｜洋食鉄板料理pietragrandeピエトラ・グランデ

Pietragrande is a Western-style teppanyaki restaurant located about a 15-minute walk from Tanigawa Station on the JR Fukuchiyama Line. The owner, who fell in love with Tamba's ingredients, renovated an old private house and opened the restaurant last year. The big, long iron plate is amazing. The vegetables are grown in Tanba City without the use of pesticides, and the beef is Tajima beef! The octopus was chewy and delicious, and the meat was juicy and delicious. The hamburger steak is bursting with juice, and the scallops are well seasoned. The thing that surprised me the most was the shrimp! Hit me on the head? I don't know why, but it looks like a rice cracker and is really delicious. It was a great store filled with the owner's passion! The wine with the same name as the restaurant is also delicious, so be sure to try it.

After worrying about it, I received a skirt steak teppanyaki course and a single chicken thigh grill, but I regretted seeing the seafood ordered by other customers being grilled on a large iron plate in front of me. It's a little far away, so I can't come often, but I would like to have seafood the next time I visit. The atmosphere was nice and the food was delicious.

It was a nice feeling that the old folk house was renewed nicely and calm down. I had a reservation so I was able to get a seat, but I was surprised when it was fully booked! The taste of the seafood grilled on the iron plate and the sauce matched well and it was delicious. The garlic sprout soup was also delicious. I want to go when I return to my parents' house again.
