Tamba, Hyogo, Japan｜オルモ（欅）

I didn't know this restaurant was here. I got the 1500 yen meal and it was so much food and very nice. They respected my allergy and removed the cheese. The water was so good. Like I don't know why but it was just great water. The soup was local vegetables from Tamba and the salad came with a nice sauce. I got the octopus pasta and was very impressive. I found it to be a lot of food for the cheapest menu option.

It is recommended! seriously. Selection of wine. There is a cork stopper even in the half. Great with wine and appetizers. Pretty good value. Olive oil is good too. Fresh and fragrant. Well, I visited late Sunday night. Because it's only a course, can I eat it all? I was worried, but it's okay. in the calm air, listening to the sounds of insects, I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Focaccia has herbs, Involuntarily, I want to say "Is there a takeaway?" If you tell us your taste in wine, I understand perfectly.

The atmosphere is reminiscent of an old folk house, and the carefully prepared dishes made with colorful local seasonal ingredients are exquisite.
