First time in Himeji from Kagoshima✨ I came here because I wanted to eat steak. The atmosphere of the store is American. From the small accessories to the bikes displayed in the store, it has a stylish atmosphere, and I personally love it. The meat they use is Wagyu beef, and when I asked the staff, they told me that they pull the meat in the morning. High expectations since it's fresh! Chicken skin gyoza, cocktail shrimp I ordered a hamburger and steak combo. Cocktail shrimp served with chili sauce. good! ! It is sweet and salty and whets the appetite. The chicken skin gyoza is also delicious 😋 The main dish is hamburger and steak. The hamburger steak is made from fresh meat, so it's rare on the inside, so it's commonly known as a rare burger. Demi-glace is recommended for the sauce. Steak is red and white combo If you like red meat, red is recommended. The one with just the right amount of fat is white! Seriously good. There was a wide variety of sauces, and they were fresh and had no odor, and I ordered an additional bowl of white rice and was able to finish it all. I like steak, and I've been to many places, but this restaurant has always been delicious😋 If there is one thing, I personally think it would be nice if they had A-1 sauce because I lived in Okinawa! I plan on going there again when I go to Himeji!

It was worth going all the way from Fukuoka! ! First I ordered garlic shrimp and chicken skin gyoza, then I ordered additional beef stew curry and the recommended garlic rice. I eat out 365 days a year, but I have never had such delicious curry and garlic rice! (From here on out, I was so excited that I forgot to take a photo.) Meat and hamburger after that... It's to the point where I feel like I can't even make a sound when it's really delicious. Seriously delicious! ! ! Repeat is confirmed. It was delicious! The steak is tender and fragrant, and the hamburger steak, made with carefully selected meat that is ground after ordering, has a strong flavor and you can choose the sauce. The amount was just right, and I was very impressed with each bite (lol). The staff will answer your questions accurately, and if they make eye contact, they will friendly talk to you.
