This restaurant in Rokkomichi is more famous than Ikinari Steak and Yabari Steak in the area. It opens at 11:30, but we recommend making reservations in advance (same-day reservations are also OK). The turnover rate is not very good, so if the timing is bad, you will have to wait a long time. Compared to 150g and 300g, 450g is much cheaper, so don't hesitate to order the lunch-only Hiruste 450g (2,390 yen tax included). Comes with rice and soup. The steak is served on a piping hot iron plate, and although the oil splashes all over it, it's charming. Since the fat is strong, 450g was quite satisfying. In addition to the onion-based BH sauce, there are plenty of seasonings such as wasabi soy sauce, ponzu sauce, and garlic. Although the taste was different, I enjoyed it, but it made my stomach feel heavy and I was hungry until the night. The cost performance is quite good, so it might be the best when you want to eat as much meat as you can.
