Kakogawa, Hyogo, Japan｜Ichiban

I don’t understand the bad rep this restaurant is getting. Even during its days as the former “Gyuan” I still enjoyed my meals there. Last Sunday evening (August 21, 2022), I had dinner at this restaurant which changed its name from “Gyuan” to “Ichiban” with friends and had an all-you-can-eat option for only 3,278 yen (no drinks but dessert was included). The different types of meat were delicious and of good quality. The dessert is surprisingly good with all the different options laid out. Kids would definitely enjoy the dessert options which include: a cotton candy maker, do-it-yourself parfait, do-it-yourself shaved ice (kakigori) and six different flavors of ice cream that are colorful and flavorful. I was very satisfied with the polite and prompt service. The toilet is clean and well-maintained. For those who were not satisfied with Gyuan may find a welcome change in Ichiban. Keep it up!

Good and cheap

A restaurant where you can eat a lot of meat even at lunchtime. I had "Ichiban Kalbi". There is a volume unexpectedly for the price, and I am very satisfied. The parking lot is large.
