A nice service is that you get a free refill of rice 🍚 (you can choose the amount) A small bowl of hijiki is so delicious It also has meat, so normally I wouldn't eat it with hijiki and rice, but it goes really well together. It takes time because it is fried slowly at low temperature, You can eat crispy fillet cutlet that is quite thick but extremely soft ♡ It's also delicious eaten with sauce or salt. It was delicious even if I had it as is without adding anything 🥺 The shrimp with heads can be eaten from head to tail, and they are crispy and meaty!
