It's a shop in a residential area, and I'm impressed that it's located in such a place. The store was a very spacious and relaxing place. The pork cutlet was delicious and the sauce was good without being too strong.

I came to Tonkatsu Kirishima in Beppu-cho, Kakogawa City. Tonkatsu that is not fried can cause stomach upset, but this tonkatsu seems to be made with sterile pork, and it is a very elegant, fluffy and rich tonkatsu that is deep-fried to a faint pink color. The sauce isn't bad, but I think it's even more delicious if you eat it with the salt that comes with it. It is better to put the garnished lemon on each one just before eating so that the clothes do not become fluffy. Also, the cabbage served as a garnish is crispy at other places, but there are many leftovers that have lost nutrients. Because it is located in a residential area, the inside of the store is quiet and elegant, so it is especially recommended for women. The store clerk also had a good impression with a polite response.
