You can never go wrong with good ole katsu. Katsuya’s fried offerings are very good and very tasty. If you’re looking for something crunchy and savory this is the place to go. A normal meal will only cost you 500-1000yen. Take note that their curry stock is mediocre at best, I suggest ordering their signature katsudon bowl or any fried food set instead.

I went there after 1:00 noon, and it was crowded as it was a popular restaurant.I had the cutlet bowl (2 pieces of pine and cutlet) and my mother had the loin cutlet set meal.From ordering to serving, it was quick and the turnover was good. I can't say that the service is good because of the small staff, but it's not bad, and they do their best with the prices.
