Takasago, Hyogo, Japan｜Ippei

I went on the recommendation of a neighbor. The cutlet is crispy and the sauce has a slightly sour taste. There are always people who appear to be locals. I ordered a small size, but I think it would be a regular size at other stores. There are many other items on the restaurant's menu, but everyone orders katsumeshi. I think I want to go again.

I arrived just after 10am on a Sunday morning, and the seats were empty. There are counter seats at the sushi restaurant and Western-style table seats in the back. “Katsumeshi” is cut into bite-sized pieces and is easy to eat. The meat is tender and the sweet and sour fruity demi sauce is delicious. “Conger eel box sushi” was also delicious.

To ``Ippei'', which I've always wanted to go to. If you want to eat Kakogawa katsumeshi, this is the place! I heard this from a friend, so when I tried it, it was delicious! I also received a nigiri of conger eel. This seems like it would be addictive (^ω^)
