We had lunch at the restaurant Bouquet in Yabu City. Today, I ordered a steak course for 8,000 yen and a hamburger course for 3,800 yen. Every dish brought out the flavor of the ingredients and I was satisfied. Needless to say, the Tajima beef steak and hamburger steak are delicious❗ The steak is tender, juicy, and full of flavor even when it's cold. I especially recommend the fried tiger prawns❗ The size may surprise you, but once you eat this fried shrimp, you'll wonder what other fried shrimp are. It's so delicious that you can say that ❗　The homemade tartar sauce brings out the flavor and gives it the best taste.If you come to our store, please try it❗　Of course, the appetizers, soups, and desserts are also carefully made and delicious❗

I stopped by on my way to Hachikita Ski Resort. I found this restaurant at my husband's request for Tajima beef. I learned for the first time that Tajima beef is the breeding stock for many different kinds of cattle. The shop is located on a slightly higher ground. The name of Restaurant Bouquet is pasted on the building so that it can be easily recognized from the road. I had a hamburger steak. If you can get a hamburger with this flavor for just over 1,000 yen, I think you'll come here rather than at a family restaurant if there's a Bouquet nearby. My husband chose the Tajima beef course. The price is high for lunch, but the full course was more than worth the price. Corn soup, large fried shrimp, Tajima beef steak, dessert, coffee☕️ Despite the coronavirus pandemic, customers were coming in and out here and there, and I think the restaurant is popular among the locals.
