Ako, Hyogo, Japan｜美食倶楽部

This is our favorite restaurant in Ako, we generally go here for special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries. But, their lunch set (limited to a few seats each day when there are no bookings), is Banshu’s best kept secret. We’ve been to insanely expensive restaurants all over the world, but the food here is often the same level…or better. I almost don’t want to post the review because I don’t want it to get too popular, lol. Anyway, the crab fritter is specialty and a great treat if you go the course route. But, my favorite is the Seabream Ara (TaiNoAra) is one of those Ratatouille level comfort foods for me.

I used it at a social gathering for the Ako Lecture. Each dish was delicate and had a lively conversation with Mr. Shunsuke Funase and Mr. Toshie Ikeda, and the appearance matched perfectly with alcoholic wine and beer, and even the desserts were delicious. The restaurant lived up to its name: Gourmet Club💯💮

stable deliciousness. The kaiseki meal at night is something you can taste with your eyes and taste with your tongue. This is also helpful. Please come and see it and taste it.
