Akashi, Hyogo, Japan｜Koteya

A few years ago, I was planning to go to another restaurant, but it was closed, so I went to Koteya, and it was really delicious. After that, I started eating okonomiyaki at "Koteya" near Akashi Station. The restaurant is not large, so it might get crowded at lunchtime.Also, please note that they don't seem to be serving Akashiyaki. It's one of the pleasures of going to Akashi.

1 minute walk from Akashi station. An okonomiyaki restaurant located inside Hapios Akashi. The staff is very friendly and it's a restaurant that even a single woman can easily visit. I use modern baked egg topping every time! Along with the highball 😁 the one-dish dish is also very delicious.

It was the most delicious okonomiyaki I've ever eaten. I went in alone without knowing anything, so I was nervous because I didn't know if I was going to make it myself or have it made for me, but a large, freshly made okonomiyaki arrived on the iron plate. It was fluffy with the egg in the mix, and the soup stock was good too. I wish it was closer to home! I want to eat it again...
