[Kyabetsu] is an okonomiyaki restaurant located about 3 minutes walk from the castle exit of Himeji Station on the JR Kobe Line. I often pass by it and have been curious about it for a long time, so I finally got around to it! First, order Himeji Oden! I eat it with ginger soy sauce and it's really delicious. The okonomiyaki restaurant also has a full sashimi menu. I was surprised how delicious it turned out when topped with kelp! The bonito tataki was also fresh. The sashimi continues. It seems like I haven't been able to get octopus at all lately, but since I have some, I got them sliced ​​into thin slices, which are also delicious. That's why I received an A5 rank fillet steak. There are 4 to 5 types of vegetables to choose from, and I chose asparagus, corn, and lotus root. The fillet steak here is amazing! The meat is so soft and really delicious! Ah, so happy lol The corn is also sweet and delicious. I ordered grilled pomfret and topping off the dish with soba doro-yaki. The pomfret's flesh is crisp and delicious. Soba doroyaki is a dish that can only be tasted here, even though there is doroyaki in Himeji and you can add soba to it. It was a great store with only one person working there.

The menu had everything from okonomiyaki to sashimi to oden, which gave me a slightly strange feeling. It was my first time to eat Himeji Oden and Doro-yaki, and they were both delicious.

I had okonomiyaki kuri (cucumber) draft beer and highball and it was the best.
