First visit with an acquaintance. A robatayaki restaurant where various ingredients are grilled in front of you. Exquisite grilling is a skill that can be achieved with many years of experience. The ingredients are lined up in front of you, and it's nice to be able to order by looking at them, and all the ingredients are fresh and delicious.

Close to Sannomiya Station, open from 17:00, and the calm talk of the general was also good. It seems to be the busiest around 7pm. Reservation possible. I was nervous because there was no price listed, but it was about 5,000 yen for a full meal that included sake! (There weren't many types of sake, but since it was the main thing I was eating, I didn't really care.) It's robatayaki, but it wasn't overcooked and had a soft texture that brought out the flavor of the ingredients! Whale and octopus are exquisite! I liked the sweet taste of sea bream onion and sweet potato. Finish off with a miso soup filled with mitsuba shijimi!
